Priv.-Dozent Dr. med. P. Schöttle


Dr. Schöttle gained vast academic, scientific and practical experience though a long career via the University Hospitals of Paris, Zurich and Munich and as a fellow in the field of Knee Surgery at the Charité Berlin.
He was the head of the Section of Knee Surgery Sports Medicine at the Technical University of Munich and a partner of the joint center in Zurich. During his Post-Doc, he developed “New aspects in the treatment of patellofemoral instability” and he developed sparing surgical techniques that are used worldwide until today.

PD Dr. med. Philip Schöttle has published more than 50 peer-reviewed scientific work in independent journals and he authored more than 30 review articles and book chapters and trauma surgery topics.
